Interface criticism, by Christian Ulrik Andersen and Soren Bro Pold1, argues how the various screens that pervade daily lives affect our perceptions of and relationships with society. The senses have influenced the logic and approach to human thinking, and in the 'post' era our senses are being modified unconsciously. As the existing state continues to develop, the thought patterns that have been influenced create a delayed difference with past experiences. The scar as a physical existence is a perceptual savings card, a familiarity with the scars on the body that are constantly transformed by the passage of time, and we touch it over and over again in time.

The five pins of MPR121 are connected to the patterns of scars on the finished work ( crocheting and sewing with conductive thread) and these patterns are used as "switches", when the viewer touches the scars the circuit is connected and when the hand leaves the circuit is disconnected. At the same time, when the circuit is connected, the corresponding pin sends a message to the Processing, which converts the message into a visual video that is narrated to the viewer. In addition, with regard to the water pump part, when the viewer keeps touching the scars, each pin sends the signal for the pump to turn on and the water to flow through the whole body of the object to represent its life force.
The five scar patterns are sewn onto white canvas and leather (the leather material with the spray-painted surface that leaves an irreversible pattern on the material when you fold or twist or scratch it). Hence I have chosen these two fabrics to make it. Additionally, the leather itself has the texture of the skin, and the canvas has the property of being easier to sew onto. That is why I chose these two fabrics to make it. Regarding the patterns element, these scar patterns are based on real scars on five different skins, with different ways and degrees of injury, such as burns, scalds, and surgical scars. While touching, scars from tears, burns, and scalds leave traces on the skin silently over time.
